A Message from Bread of Life Ministries Board:

We want to thank everyone who has helped us so far in our mission to help our community! We have had so much support from churches and individuals in our community, and we could not operate without your help. We would also like to say a big THANK YOU to Central Carolina Hospital‘s Advanced Life Support and Jonathan Kelly! This group kindly donated six bunk beds and plenty of folding tables and chairs. These donations were definitely needed and are greatly appreciated!

 

Currently the Salvation Army’s Navigation Center is using the Bread of Life for their service location Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. 

Something that goes on behind the scenes is Client Assist where we will try to help individuals and families who have “fallen through the cracks” and cannot get help elsewhere; usually this looks like booking a room for a few nights in a local motel while they look for housing arrangements or helping with other needs.

We also continue to operate a food pantry and Meals for Life where we get food to people in need, and while things look a little different as we follow the mandated virus precautions, we are continuing to help in these ways. We so appreciate your support, and if you would like to give to help further our mission and assistance to those in need in Sanford and Lee County, please contact us or mail donations to the address below. There are so many needs, and we want to continue to try to meet as many as we can. Thank you again for all of your support so far and in the future!
